Among the walls of the Miralanghe Restaurant are suspended over two centuries of taste history: already in the 19th century, the famous Guarene was purchased in 1969 by the Olmo family which provided for restoration and expansion of the building. The recipes of the roerina and langarola tradition are firmly in the hands of the chef Maurizio Olmo who, with his wife Annalisa, has been guiding the restaurant for twenty-five years with rooms that is indicated as one of the favorite landings by foreign tourists. At Miralanghe, you can stay in one of the seven comfortable rooms overlooking a breathtaking panorama that stretches from the Langhe to the Alps, taking advantage of the abundant buffet breakfast with typical products included in the overnight stay.

At the table there is the embarrassment of choice: in the three restaurant halls, particularly fresh and bright thanks to a recent refurbishment, they have 2 dining rooms for up to 150 seats.
The chef Maurizio, with profound expertise in culinary art and traditional cuisine, offers those dishes that have made Langa and Roero famous.

Piedmontese frozen beef knife, tuna veal, peppers with Bagna caoda, “Tajarin” roerina (with hazelnut sauce), “plin agnolotti”, fondue, braised calf with Roero, Rabbit at the Arneis , Hazelnut cakes, “madernassa” caramelized pears with wine and celebrated bunet are just some of the dishes offered.

By reservation (at least for groups of 10/15 people) you can also enjoy mixed fried and Bollito to Piedmontese with green bagnet and red sauce.

And to crown those magnificent dishes a good glass of Dolcetto, Barbera, Arneis, Favorita, Nebbiolo or Roero, picked from a wine card that goes to the most celebrated labels, especially those of the small local producers of Langhe and Roero.

On public holidays, a tasting menu is offered, consisting of 3-4 appetizers, two first, 1-2 seconds, and a tasting of sweets; On weekdays you can also eat with an “a la carte” menu.

The restaurant, consisting of one bigger dining room with panoramic view and of one smaller  at the first floor, can accommodate up to 150 people.
